"Angel" is a very flashy, very sweet mare. I have owned her for six years and am very sad to part with her. I am away at college and my time with her has gotten fewer and farther between and that is not fair to her. She is a horse that loves time spent with her, whether grooming or riding. Angel is very willing and smart. She catches onto things very easily. I have shown her in local shows (where she is always in the top ribbons, if not with the blue) and at AQHA shows. She does better with the more open circuit shows as she is a little quicker paced and strided than the Quarter horses competing now. She is a pleasure to be around and has never had the mare "attitude". She has no vices and never displays the "mare-ish" attitude. She does require a more intermediate rider as she knows her leg cues and relies on the rider to guide her. Angel is truly a wonderful horse and all I want is to find her an excellent home that will spend time with her and pamper her. Update 9/28/09: Angel has been continued her jumping training and began showing on the hunter circuit. She is handling 2' with ease. She has the scope to go much farther and her price will increase with more showing and training. She has the stamina and athleticism to be a great 3 day eventing horse!Reasonable offers will be considered
