Hogan is "FREE to a good home only". He as aquired a high-step when he walks in one of his hind legs. althought the vet says that is very fixable, he still will need recovery time and training to be ridden. I would like Hogan to go to a home that will help him and let him be a happy horse. I do not want him to go to a place where he will be slaughtered!!!
