Nh Trained, Gentle, Fancy, Stunning Spanish Mare

Wondefully talented and hard-working handy-sized mare for intermediately talented rider of any age. I am riding the mare in the photo and am about 5'9" for sizing.

Wild captured from Adobe Hill Town as a two year old, this mare is BLM branded, titled, in superb health, and has had a succession of two very loving woman owners whom have done the right things by this mare! The results are in! She is a highly responsive, capable, and eager to please mare that works out beautifully in any natural setting.

She is hardy and very fit and enjoys the company of geldings as well as other kind, non-hormonal mares!

She is very "pet" and has a puppyish personality. She is frequently found standing around the house, follows me around for chores, likes to go for in-hand walks into town, and begs to be brushed and scratched! Very affectionate and sweet mare!

This mare is also an A+ mover and very, very fancy. She has a natural passage around the pasture, amazing natural collection in any kind of head gear, and outstanding elevated and energetic gaits. With proper dressage training she would have outrageous free play in her front end. Sometimes really resembles a little bull-fighter!

She would make an outstanding baroque dressage or finished vaquero horse.

She would also make a great endurance horse to a loving and careful home. She is very fit, has great lungs, and has no trouble galloping out at 9,000 feet on gravel roads!

She goes well under any type of good fitting saddle and enjoys being ridden bitless in a bosal, simple halter or english cavesson. She is a great bareback horse! Excellent horse to develop a classically correct seat on. She is a very good teacher that fills in, helps the rider find balance, and rewards the rider with excellent, obedient behavior in return!

She has very uphill transitions and can turn on a dime with simple and quiet leg aids. She is not for anyone without good riding experience as she is very responsive to shifts in balance and can put on a great spin, a fast halt to gallop transition, and sits up strongly in her wither to transition to a slower gait. Anyone out of shape and without good experience will likely come right off! Therefore, she is priced for A GOOD< EDUCATED< FIT rider whom will enjoy her natural talents!

A teenager with education and kind hands would do well with this mare, however, I would not advocate her as any kind of show horse......she does not enjoy that kind of exposure. She is ideal as someone's backyard world beater, however! Would also be very fun to group trail ride with and likely would develop confidence in the other horses along.

Plays all "games", works at liberty, mind-blowing groundwork skills, ties, bathes, clips, loads like butter. Stands for barefoot trims without a halter!

No bad habits, no vices. Nothing dangerous at all.

Organically, holistically cared for so her health is UTD and excellent. Beautiful, solid blue balanced bare feet and great teeth. Shiny dappled coat in the summer months.

I will only sell this mare to someone whom has an affinity for her! She is not for sale into any particular discipline but is a great all-arounder. Please note she is only available to a home farm or ranch with nice, horse-friendly facility, open turnouts, and MUST HAVE A HORSE THAT SHE CAN PAIR BOND WITH....or.....take her best buddy mustang pony with her for another $300.

Absolutely no boarding facilities for her whatsoever. Must go to a home!

I am selling her only because I need to rethink my life in general. No rush to sell and her price is already very low based on her skill set and potential. I believe she is easily worth $6,500 at this time.
