Adoption Pending! Holly is an 8-year-old Quarter Horse mare. She is a dun with the dorsal stripe, and leg barring. She had an accident about 3 years ago. She was tied up and standing on concrete. She spooked at something and lost her footing and fell hard on her shoulder. Her shoulder has a big spot where it is flat, so it was probably broken at that time. Holly gets around good though. She can walk, trot, and canter, but she is not sound. She was started under saddle before her accident, and has been ridden in the past year by a light weight rider. She could still be ridden lightly and occasionally, but no heavy work obviously. Holly is free on a Gift Contract. She would make a gorgeous pasture pet or companion for a horse that needs a friend. She is located in Ellensburg, WA, and her owner needs to place her ASAP. She is being boarded right now, and the owner is having a really hard time financially.
