Tanto is a flashy, foundation-style Appy with a dark, red- roan coat and a classic blanket we rescued in September. He's still pretty under- weight, but he's gaining steadily. He's about 15 hands, around 15 years old, and rideable, though not very educated. Tanto has a very sweet disposition and turns out well with a herd; he's low-man at our place and seems content to stay there. Tanto stands well for the trimmer, ties, loads, and leads well. He doesn't seem to have any vices and genuinely enjoys being groomed and fussed over. He's got good conformation and is a nice mover; I think he'll make a really good ride with some work and conditioning. We don't have any papers for him, but we do have a vet record for the past year. He's UTD on his shots, Coggins and worming. I'm also willing to consider a lease/purchase for Tanto as long as he stays at Bridlewood for the term of the lease.
