Shadow is a 3 yr old registered AQHA mare. Her registered name is Reno's Bar Shadow. She is by Smokeroni Cat and out of Reno's Smokey Bar. She came off a ranch up north, where she was born a premie, and given to a little girl to become her mount. Shadow does have a parrot mouth, so she did not fare well on the short grazing grass that was available on the pasture she lived on. She was going to be returned to the rancher that originally owner her, but he was going to shoot her, so she came to us. She is a very cute little filly. She is greenbroke, and though her ground manners need work, she is pretty decent under saddle. She stands for mounting, and will w/t and neck rein pretty consistently under saddle. She is sound, barefoot and UTD on everything. Shadow will need yearly dental care for her parrot mouth, but otherwise she is an easy keeper and easily able to just eat hay.
