Additional Comments:
As pretty a can be, tall (16.0 hd) and stout registered Quarter Horse gelding, born 2000 black with a star, thick mane and long, full tail.
He was very well started for the roping arena and used at a ranch to work cattle in very rough country. Super gentle and people loving, great ground manners, strong hooves (no shoes necessary). He has a very easy handle, neckreins, turns, stops, will outrun any cow in any kind of footing but settles right down when ask for a walk. Nice, comfortable gaits. Used to dogs, cats and kids, friendly with other horses (middle of pecking order).
There is no mean bone in this horse, no buck whatsoever. Due to him being very sensitive to the riders cues I would not recommend him for a beginner, though.
I quit ranching and concentrate on training horses, do not have use for a well broke horse like him any more. He does great on trails and makes a fancy pleasure horse as well as a great cow horse/arena horse.
