Partly cloudy has been an Junior A hunter and won profusely. He is an exceptional horse. He has schooled up to level 4 in the jumpers and is now considered a school master. He can still do the 2'6 series and will teach any junior rider everything they need to know. He's the perfect horse to learn on, as he has been there and done that. Safe, sane and sound. School-masters are hard to find! Dont pass him up! He's priced per market, but hesitate to contact us with an offer!
