"Sable and Satin" is a 10 year old, 15.1 hand, registered American Saddlebred mare. This gorgeous girl turns heads where ever she goes! Sable has been the trail horse of an elderly woman who had a stroke and could no longer ride --- and I couldn't not purchase her! She is also "kid-proof" and a seasoned, safe, steady trail mount with beauty to boot! Sable crosses bridges and water, maneuvers up and down hills great, and is not spooky. She has a great deal of training and handles wonderfully, even bridleless with just a rope around her neck!!!! This special mare neck reins, backs, sidepasses, and turns on the forehand and haunches with ease. She is the same horse with work everyday, or work twice a year. Also a great broodmare prospect!
