This is a very tall, long-legged gelding who does not seem to have any pony qualities even though his dam, Southridge Bliss, is a purebred Connemara Pony. Bliss is a very fine broodmare and has produced 3 excellent foals for us. Lambo is a half brother to Fancy This GCF, a 4 year old pony who is showing extraordinary talent for dressage. Lambo is the son of Lord Albert who I purchased from the State stud in Germany and imported as a 4 year old. However, Lord Albert unfortunately had to be gelded so he has very few offspring. He did go on as a 5 year old under his new owner, David Blake, to represent the US in the Young Horse Championships in Verden, Germany in 2007. We expect Lambo to mature around 15.1-15.3h.
