update: Sterling has now been wean and is starting his halter training. Will be posting picks of him leading soon. This colt is a big, strong, energetic boy. He will grunt and take off by digging in and can stop and turn on a dime at 2 weeks of age. He is already eating grain, eating alfalfa hay and he is very proud in his stance. He would make someone a fine cross-country, trail or endurance gelding or can keep him as a modern day appaloosa stud. He will probably be great at barrels due to his grandmother was an NFR champion years ago. He is going to be a nicely built, handsome and flashy guy when he matures....His mother is built like a freight train....all muscle. He is sired by AQHA "Heza Dun Legend" that has some cutter/WP/halter breeding. His dam is "Brandys Prairie Rose" that has barrel blood and Wild Hope breeding on the ApHC side. She stands approx 15-15.1HH and the sire is exactly 14.2HH. We can take a deposit and/or payments on him via cash, personal check, money order or Paypal. If you pay for Sampson (as we call him) in FULL before he is weaned at age 4 months, we will give you the opportunity to name him on his registration papers.
