'Butterfly' is our 3 y/o Reg. ( PtHA ) rose-grey and white filly. She was imprint trained at birth and has been handled daily since. She loads, ties, bathes, and will pick up all her hooves for trimming, etc, halters up easy and doesn't run from you in the pasture - really does anything you want. She Bows and if you kiss her and tell her "kisses, she'll lick your face. =) I call her my pocket pony, she is always ready for a treat!She is an easy keeper, in the summer I don't have to feed her grain, she stays VERY fat off of grass!She has had a year of riding ( on and off ) and I would call her better than green broke as she knows all her stuff, all her cues, reins nicely, stops quickly, turns, backs, lopes, runs, changes leads BEAUTIFULLY and works off her rear nicely. Now she just needs to spend this coming summer haveing the miles rode on her. We've taken her to a rodeo/barrel race or two just to hang out and ride around in the crowd. She is currently 14.3, her sire is 14.2-3 and her dam is 15.2 . I expect her to be 15.- 15.1 Her daddy's kids mature slower. She'd make a nice barrel horse.
