Honey is halterbroke, stands tied, picks up all four feet and leads. Honey was eating top quality hay, being supplemented with oats/alfalfa cubes on cold days and has free choice salt/minerals all winter. She is now turned out with the rest of the young horses and is eating grass. She still has free choice minerals/salt. Honey has been brought in a couple of times since turning her out as a yearling; haltered, lead, tied and worked with. She took it all in stride, never forgot anything.

Honey is registered with the AQHA. Honey has: Peppy San, Doc's Snowflake, Doc Bars Boy, MS Dry Doc Perry San, Colonel Freckles, and San Mint all ON HER PAPERS.

Honey's dam is a palomino granddaughter of Colonel Freckles who was started as a young horse but never shown - she is now starting her carrier as a broodmare, with Honey being her first foal. Honey's sire is a big bodied chestnut stallion used as a ranch horse when not with his mares. He has been used in round ups, cattle drives and ropings. His offspring have been used for roping, barrels and cattle events.
