Big, strong and stout. Battle Creek is a flashy looking, smooth moving gelding with tons of trail miles and a great gait. Battle is an easy going guy that will move out when asked, walk along quietly, canter and perform a super saddle gait. He is easy to handle, gentle to be around and quiet. He gets along great with other horses and will lead or follow on the trail. Great ground manners, he will do it all on the ground (clip, bathe, cross tie, stand quiet to groom, easy to lead, load and unload easy, trailer quietly. Battle is a great horse with a been there done that attitude and a kind disposition. Battle is large enough to carry any size rider. He has big feet, a very muscular build and a big thick neck. He is easy to ride, stand perfectly still to mount/dismount, listens to leg and verbal cues and walks off nicely. Battle has very smooth gaits which he performs on loose rein with ease. He has been exposed to construction, dogs, country and city life, he will cross water, climb hills, walk along side the street, you name it he will take you there.
