Ellie is a 15.2hh registered chestnut OTTB. Trained for the track, however just wasn't cut out for it. She has her brand on her top lip, however we just haven't looked into finding out about her career. She has a gentle disposition with a puppy dog (in your lap) personality. We bought her as a project horse, however due to financial circumstances we are forced to give her up to a good home. She currently has started undergoing retraining undersaddle as an Hunter/Jumper horse, however has gone western as well. Would make an excellent equitation horse, or children's hunter prospect with some mileage under her belt. She has an amazing work ethic and is very willing, not to mention beautiful movement. She's started over fences, simple 18" crossrails, however she needs more work on the flat before we push her further in her jumping. She has not refused once and seems to actually enjoy jumping. She is UTD on all shots, coggins, and just recently had her feet redone. She is looking for that special someone who knows what they are doing to come along and help finish her. I would recommend a intermediate/experienced rider for her seeing as she is not ready to be taken under wing by beginners. She needs work, but she will be a great horse once she's finished. Like most TB's off the track she can be a little jumpy and needs work on standing, however she doesn't have a mean or aggressive bone in her body. She can go with both mares and geldings, and deffinatly is not at the top of the pecking order. Asking $900 or best offer.
