Nimrod - Good Beginner Riders Ranch and Trail Horse Gelding

8 y/o Red Roan Quarter Horse Gelding

Good Beginner Riders Ranch and Trail Horse GeldingNimrod is a nice looking, well built stout and beautiful Red Roan gelding that is very gentle for anyone to ride or beginners to learn how to ride on. He's been used for all phases of ranch work, in feed lots, sorting and penning cattle. He can be used for team sorting, ranch sorting, or penning, can pasture rope or box rope in arena on head side but he is not finished. He is started well on barrel pattern, but has been about 2 years since he ran barrels. He's been on lots of trail rides alone and with other horses. He rides the same every time, no bull crap, buck, or raring up. Also was used for riding handy cap kid around and trail riding the past 2 years. He will be guaranteed sound with no bad habits, has good hoofs, and is up to date on coggins test and shots. Very nice family horse to have around. He is easy to catch, load, bath, ferrier work ,and reins very well. Thanks for looking at Nimrod.
