Our small herd of cattle is mostly Dexter with a Scottish Highland and two of her calves. We are crossing these breeds of cattle, the Dexter for the smaller more compact animal and the Scottish Highland for the appearance. Since both breeds known for their hardiness and high quality of meat, we are expecting the combination to be a hardy, low maintenance, quality meat producing animal. Due to the size of our herd, only a very limit number are offered for sale. |
