Additional Comments:
This gelding is 16.1 hands and is around 10-12 years old. Jessie and Anne really liked this horse and found him very easy to work around. At first glance I could tell you he has worked hard in his recent life, as he as scars on his knees from going down trying to start up hills with a heavy load. The write up on the horse said he was a good, safe driving horse ,worked single or double and also worked in the field.(That is a hard life as he is not a draft horse) This horse likes people (I do not know why) is very interested in everything and is WONDERFUL to work around. The more Jessie rode him the better he got and I really like this horse. He is high headed had VERY good motion and looks like he could go to a show and be VERY competitive. This is a good one and with work I think could be a rare find. This gelding is a find! He has a great work ethic and really likes people. He was much better today for mounting, takes treats so that helps! He needs some work on his left lead but canters on cue. This is a talented good thinking horse that has the quality to show. He is traveling sound, his knees do not seem to bother him.All resuces are priced at 750-1000 and are subject to change.

Saddlebred Rescue - Saddlebred Rescue Inc. New Jersey site is located at North Wind Stables which is a nationally known Saddlebred show facility which has many world and national title holders in residence. Mark and Nealia McCracken own this 40 acre facility and decided it was time to give back to the breed that Nealia has loved all her life and that brought them together.
