Rose is a beautiful 16.1 Registered AQHA mare, fine with dogs, cats, chickents, equipment, riding on the road with cars/trucks, trail riding, other horses, children, and being spoiled!
The owners that I bought her from said they didn't do much riding with her, mainly using her as a broodmare. She will carry a young rider quietly and willingly. She does NOT kick, bite, buck, or rear. She is very fluid and you can put a halter and lead on her and ride her around the pasture.
She has no lameness or health issues as long as I have owned her. I bought her winter of 2006 to use her as a broodmare but have decided to downsize on the breeding.
Rose has very exceptional conformation and a good overall graceful Quarter horse build. Small head, long legs, nice hindquarters, long mane and tail. She has had several foals and has a solid Sorrel filly with a blaze face. Her filly is being registered with the APHA and is eligible for And the PHA. Her filly is halterbroke and friendly and can go with her mother for $1300 together (or seperate for a different price).
I prefer that she go to a first horse/youth/childrens horse/family/trail riding/companion type home. NO competing or Broodmare home please.
