He has been tested by UC Davis to be Homozygous for black, you will never get a chestnut foal out of Sjoerd. He has a wonderfully kind disposition and a very striking, regal appearance even at his tender age. I love his long, upright, majestic neck and he has a way of going that just permeates elegance.
