Painted hills Rascalian is a wonderful Gypsy colt out of the fantastic stallion Nobby and the wonderful mare Painted Hills Grace. He is correct and heavily feathered for a youngster.
Rascal would be a good stallion prospect or can be gelded for anyone wanting a gelding.
