Our kids are grown and the wife does not ride anymore, thus we regretfully are offering Maquita for sale. She has logged many trial miles, carrying my kids, and guests safely across fields, up and down hills, across bogs, creeks, etc. Maquita has a sweet disposition and loves attention. She is naturally gaited and is very consistent, neither trotty nor pacey. She has a nice conformation and beautiful coloring and markings. Maquita stands well to groom and saddle, and lifts her hooves easily to be picked. There is no need to tie Maquita as she readily stands. She also loads easily and stands well for the farrier. Price is negotiable
