“Sassy” is a 5-year-old, 14.1 hands tall, registered APHA Bay Overo mare with a half-blue eye. She is green-broke for riding. She does well on trail and in the arena. She is kind and gentle with a calm demeanor-lower in the pecking order. Up to date on all shots/wormers/trims. Loads in trailer. She stands for farrier with some difficulty due to an injury to her hind end prior to my owning her. She has been to a lameness specialist who advised me that she is not in pain on a daily basis and is good for riding on flat trails as well as for breeding or as a companion horse. She would also make a good 4H horse, she loves attention and would show with just a little work. She ties and stands to be saddled. I took her on as a rescue 3 years ago and now need to find her a home, as I am not able to work due to illness. She was bred last year and had a healthy, well-built good-natured colt.
