Silver Lining aka "Wiley" is a very special pony. Originally imported from England, he is quite a fancy sport pony! He is a 1993 14.2 hand USEF carded large pony gelding. Don't let his size fool you, however, as Wiley has natural suspension and movement to rival the fanciest warmbloods! While he is a talented hunter pony with auto changes (even made it to pony finals), he prefers dressage over jumping (which is the only reason his owners are selling him). Wiley is soft in the bridle, knows all of his lateral work, and has correct changes. He is an excellent candidate for the FEI pony test He is also easy to handle on the ground and gets along great with other horses. He was shown this summer by a 15 year old girl at first level. This fall, he made his upper level debut showing 2nd 4 and 3rd 1, with respectable scores! Wiley is perfect for a child or small adult to move up the levels with. Because he is a sensitive guy, he does best with a minimum first level rider. He also loves to trail ride with a buddy. Good ground manners, bathes, clips, trailers, etc. Good feet, great with other horses, healty with no soundness problems, ready to go! Wiley will be in training/shown until sold.***Videos available!
