Kenya de Vez's dam, Aria de Vez, is also for sale on this site. Kenya's sire is the well-known pleasure trail stallion, Coral's John Henry de Vez. With her bloodlines she could certainly be used for breeding if desired. She, like her dam, has been primarily a younger person's mount. She has the same calm temperament and smooth gait as her dam. Kenya has the potential to participate in limited distance and competitive trail rides once properly conditioned since she carries the blood of both Coral LaCE and Cantante de Omega. Both stallions produced horses that have done very well on trails and in trail competitions. Her maternal grandsire did well in the shows in pleasure and performance. And her maternal great grand dam, La Puma T, produced at least one son, Leo de Vez, who successfully competed in limited distance and in competitive trail. She would also make an excellent beginner horse or a nice mount for the older person who wants to cover the miles in comfort. |
