This is Kahlua..she just turned 2 march 28th of 2008. she is registerable with the pinto association. she has just been started under saddle and is working nicely with a snaffle bit. She leads, loads, ties, bathes, fly sprays, cross ties, stands for ferrier, picks up all four feet without a fuss, clips, and body clips. There is ABSOLUTELY no kick, buck, rear, or bite in this lady. Although she does like to unzip your jacket, hold her lead rope and lead herself, and nibble at your hair..and the occasional lick you like a puppy dog. she is the gentlest 2 year old you will meet. She accepts a bareback pad or saddle. Works wonderfully with a bosal. Knows her natural bending and a one rein stop.she doesnt tense or act up at all while on her. i have recently started using a bit on her and she is learning quickly she now knows how to turn stop back and go with a rider but doesnt do it that well yet. i will be working with her EVERYDAY until she is sold. I have walked her on the street beside cars and all she does is tense a little but she doesnt rear, or bolt or even pull from you.. her sire is 16 hands and her dam is 14.3 so she should mature at 15.1 if not bigger. she has lots of chrome!!! and plenty of muscle. she will make an asset to any breeding program and will surely throw foals as gorgeous as she!! her sire is 100% paint her dam is 50% paint 50% arabian but she shows absolutely NO arabian qualities!! she doesnt even slightly hold her tail up while running and she has the temperment of an angel! i get compliments on her temperment ALL THE TIME!! and was told by a trainer that she has one of the best temperments of any young horse hes ever seen!! (i have had a bad life turning moment happen in my life recently so im getting out of horses until i move back to tenn. in a few years.) adoption fee is $1000
