17 year old horse is a super easy keeper. He's been traveled and ridden in many trail rides. He loads easily in my slant load and stands well for farrier. Due for coggins and vaccines in April '17. He is a little rusty but he's gotta lot of years ahead of him I would think.... (read more) Pinto Registration # coming soon but feel free to text for more pictures. I'm selling him because I'm teaching my 5 year old boys to ride this year and this horse won't pony from my dominant gelding that I ride, he does pony but just not from my horse. He has had husbands ride him and kids ride him. He will walk from the pasture into his stall on his own without a halter or lead. He is stalled about 50% of the time but he has been a 24/7, 365 days a year outside horse as well, so whichever works for you he'd do fine with. He's not bomb proof but he has certainly been around the trails all his life. Good ground manners and he plays very nice with others. He's not the alpha but he's not a push over either. Will stand for you on a tie line or stall when you're away from home. (And yep, he does need a bath but that will have to wait until the weather gets warmer)
