Siska is a 19 year old broodmare who rides and drives. She has been ridden on 20 plus miles of trails and camps on a lead line. She also drives and has been ridden/ driven in parades in Aiken, South Carolina. She rides western and is the type of horse you just get on and go. No round penning necessary. We are the second owners and have had her for 10 years. The first owner lived in Georgia and had her since she was bred at the farm. She is not registered but her father is.... (read more) The first owner did breed her a few times and said she throws white to spotted foals with gray eyes. We have not bred her since we owned her. She does load, clip, tie, stand for both vet and farrier. She does not wear shoes. She does not have any leg problems or health problems for her age and she has never colic or had any medical problems. She is a little food aggressive and that is the only vice she has. She really loves men and would be the perfect husband horse, but she will tolerate women, but will not be as affectionate. She does not kick, bite, buck, or spook. She is traffic safe and four wheeler safe. She will ride out alone or in a group. If she rides in a group she must be the first horse or she will try to race the other horses. She is a 3 because she does like to go and is a little barn sour/ lazy. We have had a 4 year old ride her and would recommend her for a late beginner or intermediate rider because she is gaited. We have not driven her in a few years because we sold the harness and cart and were hoping to buy a trail buggy but instead bought a completely new horse. We are selling her because we sold her other mare companion a few weeks ago and we don't wan't any more mares. She gets along with any horse and she is currently kept with our 2 geldings. This horse loves to go and will load in a trailer in seconds. We just don't have the time for her. She would make the perfect christmas gift for someone. Up to date on current coggings and has a health certificate ready for over state line travel. Must go to approved home. Vet reference a must. Asking $1500 or OBO. Please call or text with questions at 904-318-6391 (Riding photos/videos to be added this week)
