Dance in Rome is a great jumper! He can clear 5 ft no problem while free jumping, and frequently attempts just that. He requires a paddock with a top hot wire, to prevent him taking himself out for exercise.
He has a lovely floating trot with lots of suspension, and a nice active walk. He was started as a 2 yr old, but he will be going to Calgary, AB, in September for a few months with a NH trainer. Roman is bold and brave, he would make an excellent eventer given the right training. However, his fearlessness does get him into some sticky situations. He has three scars from his daring, they are all cosmetic, and do not impede his movement at all. Pictures can be provided.
