Friendly, Sweet Qh/t-bred Gelding Ready to go!

Piper is a wonderful horse. He is a 4 year old QH/T-bred gelding. Excellent personality, very sweet, curious and friendly, loves attention but isn't too pushy. He's been under saddle since he was two. I started him for his previous owner and never had any trouble with him. I have owned him since Dec. of last year and mostly pleasure ridden him. He crosses creeks and obsticles with no problem and is quiet and responsive. I have a dressage background and have worked with him some in the ring mostly at a walk and trot. He yields to pressure nicely and is relaxed and quiet to ride. I have been riding him regularly the past month and he goes out happily by himself, or with other horses. He leads, stands tied, loads, longes, bathes and is good for the farrier. He has been regularly de-wormed and vaccinated. Piper is really a great horse and has a lot of potential. He is a nice trail/pleasure horse and would do well in the show ring as a hunter or continuing with dressage as well. I have also ridden him western. The past few months I have started him driving too, he pulls the drag and has done a short drive with my small, light cart. The reason I am selling him is that I have too many horses right now and don't have the time to dedicate to him. I have been working with him a lot lately because I need to get him a new home soon!
