Shots/Vet: Negative coggins in May 2015, Rabies vaccination in May 2015.
Farrier: Trimmed on 12/1/15. Farrier reported he was a perfect gentleman.
Health: No health issues, horse is sound.
Personality: This horse is in your pocket and very loving. Comes to meet you at the gate, puts his head right in the halter. Follows me around the pasture. Loves people and is very playful. He would love to have attention all day long!
Other: Easy keeper, has stayed fat all winter on just hay and 2 lbs of Purina Enrich Plus a day. Gets along with every pasture mate I have introduced, both geldings and mares. Doesn't make you chase him in the pasture. He does enjoy free jumping in his pasture. He is gaited! I have attached a link to a video of him gaiting, which was taken by his original owner from a few years ago. Please feel free to ask any questions, I want him to have a great, loving home with a job to do!
Notes as of January 2016: He picks up his feet great for the farrier, but he can be stubborn about it. He needs an experienced rider, which I am not. He has bucked once with me and I am selling him AS IS. Our personalities clash big time. Most RMH go for $2500, he is priced at $800 to allow his future home to have additional training if necessary. Please do not email me and ask if he is kid-safe or husband-safe, I do not know your kid or husband and how good of riders they are. I am VERY open to offers!!! THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT HE HAS A GREAT HOME WITH A JOB HE CAN DO. He's bored sitting in my pasture all day and I believe that's why he was fresh when I rode him.
Please read the whole ad before responding. Thanks very much for your consideration! I love this horse a lot and I want to do what's best for him!
Price reduced from $1300 to $800 on 1/22/15. Price is negotiable to a great home!!
