UPDATE: JUST REDUCED HIS PRICE TO SELL, we have taken on 20 wild ponies and we need the room to take care of them all. 12/6/15 Reduced his price again, I put my nephew on him and he tried to kick him up into a lope and he bucked! I rode him and he did great after a few minutes, but he clearly isn't getting enough saddle time. I won't sell him without you knowing these facts!
Chance is a white with grey points gelding POA that is a little over 11h and is 10years old.... (read more) He is a pony that I feel would be great for Play days. There is no bite, kick or rear. Doesn't mind the dogs, loads good and ties good. Never been foundered and has great feet.
He does dance a bit when you walk around him like he keeps you in site, but stands still when you tack. When you get on he is ready to go, I don't mean run off, but he is ready to walk out. I am sure he was broke to do so and go with a herd of other ponies being broke.
The lady I got him from said the little girl they bought him for had no experience and was scared to ride him and I can see why if she didn't trust him (which I do, he just moves out) Their kids played all over him and on him and he has been taken to some rodeo's and lead lined around the barrels and such. He will follow you anywhere. I even got on him and rode him and enjoyed it, his little ears were up the whole time just enjoying going somewhere.
Come try him, I would say if you are horse savvy he is great, or would be a good lead line pony to a real play day pony. Wouldn't be a good toddler (unless you are lead lining or pony for a timid rider because he moves out and it will scare them at first). Call with questions.
There are a lot more pictures on Craigs List: Tulsa Listing, Farm and Garden Section, pull him up by name "Chance"
