Diesel stands 15.1 hands and was foaled in 1994.
He is a great natured guy and is extremely well broke to ride with a beautiful and very collected w/t/c. He responds very well to voice commands and seat pressure. No effort required to stop this one!
Diesel has perfect ground manners and absolutely NO bad habits under saddle or in the stall. He ties, stands for farrier, mounting, grooming, saddling, etc. UTD on shots and hoof care.
He will go over, under, over and through anything you ask. Desensitized to ATVS, dogs, cows, deer, traffic, bikes, tarps,etc.
He is extremely quiet and easy going whether he is in the stall or field. ALWAYS the favorite of students and visitors alike!
He is the PERFECT mount for just about anyone looking for a calm, cool and smooth ride. He is mature enough not to play games and do the typical younger horse stuff, but still sprite enough to give you a great ride when you want it!
He also has our academy training on him to boot...making him an excellent and vey safe choice for someone looking for a great trail, parade and just overall riding horse!
We use Diesel to pony our children's Welsh Pony around on trails, etc. Diesel is very trustworthy and easy going, never letting us down!
D will ride in a Tom Thumb or snaffle, but really needs neither. He is great in a Bosal whether in the arena or trails.
Diesel's past has included working on a Dude ranch with cattle and as a lesson horse.
He also does very well on the trails and seems to enjoy all the sights and sounds.
He is currenty located at our training facility in Minnesota.
