For Sale: 7 year old greenbroke gelding. Beautiful ground manners. Needs someone to finish him on the trails. He is usually quite laid back but is a little nervous on the trails. He crosses creeks, logs, mud etc. without a problem but is still unconfident. He needs someone to put some miles on him. He also tends to buck when he is frightened. That is the main reason I am selling him. I'm getting too old to work with a young horse and need something with a "been there, done that" attitude. Rocky would make someone a very good horse who has the time and the experience to work with him. He has been trained on the ground using the Parelli methods and does very well. I can take his lead line off and he will follow me anywhere - all through his pasture, even past the other horses, he'll stay right with me. He gets along very well with the other horses and is up to date on all his shots and worming. I'm looking for a good home for Rocky. No dealers, please.
