'goober' was cut by ken & mary terry d/b/a turtle rock rescue - disappeared with other horses in a rescue/scam on 6-20-02 - have paperwork that indicates that rescue is a 'boarding farm' when it is not, lawyer changed a court ordered payment plan, money was refused as rescue wanted to sell my horses for top $$, rather than return them - one of my mares was found in maine sold to a dealer for a lot of money by ken or mary terry d/b/a turtle rock rescue
