Trail Horse DELUX/Excellent Broodmare prospect, even 4H Pleasure as she was breed for it and is a nice mover, would just need some time learning (well muscled, athletic and FAST).
With a very heavy heart we are looking for the perfect home for this wonderful 11 yr old BS APHA mare. Reg name is Real Ironic, pedigree is below on comments, (grand dad is Real Bonanza/dad is HBF Ironman) she is retiring from being my 11yr old daughter's game horse but is trail/pleasure sound due to a suspensory injury.... (read more) She is sound (has actually never been lame due to it) but running her will make her condition worse over time, but slower paced will keep her sound for many more years. She should be kept on joint supplements or injections to keep her going longer. I Will share all vet records, etc for those with a serious interest.
Cadi, is 15H, and is just a wonderful mare (not Marish at all) never bucked/kicked or reared, very level headed and a trail riders dream for all levels of riders (except for very young/small kids as she has a fast walk and is very responsive) very mellow, will not take off or bolt, goes through and over anything with no fuss on the trail. She is the same horse after sitting all winter, was shown in the futurity as a yearling. Sane, sweet (really personable and connects with her owner), gets along in any herd, easy to catch, rides alone or in a group, will lead or follow. She has been on many overnight camping trips, pickets, ties, been to Champ Show, loads, cars, motorcycles, 4wheelers, tractors...no spook and loves bathes, grooming, good for vet/farrier. Stalls or is good outside. Honestly cannot say enough good things about her, she is almost as perfect as a horse can be and would rather keep her, only reason she is for sale is to buy a new barrel horse for my daughter. She has great feet, no shoes required though she has had them. Would be a perfect for anyone wishng to have a super broke horse for the whole family to trail ride, ride around the farm. do 4H and /or produce beautiful babies. I bought her from her breeder as a 3 year old. She is UTD on everything, has a current coggins, trimmed 5/19, etc. U of M said she should be great for trails/pleasure riding for many more years to come. A GREAT home is a must and would consider an onsite lease as well. Price is negotiable to the right home, she is a Gem!
**Willing to take buyer on a trail ride for a real test ride. Have videos!
