5 Year Old Barrel Mare Who's Done it All

Rose is a 5 year old Appaloosa mare with Quarter Horse in her blood. She was started as a 2 year old by Sherman Tegtmeier for reining. I bought her from my friends as a 3 year old and started training her for barrels. She runs in numerous circuits, winning money and running 2D and 3D times and runs placing times in 4H and open. She beat the 2007 Nebraska 4H State Barrel Champion and ran in 4 inches of slop at the 2008 4H State finals like it was nothing! She’s a finished barrel horse and knows poles too. I’ve used her to run poles and barrels, goat tie, trail ride, some mounted shooting and roping, and as a ranch horse. She has won numerous halter classes but now has a few blemishes so I haven’t shown her. She leg yields, backs, loads, clips, loves water, does roll backs, and is a very smooth ride. I’m out growing her and need a horse over 15H for competition. She can do just about everything and would probably be a good reining horse again with some time. UTD on shots and worming.
