Spirit of Texas Arabians is an Arabian training facility owned and managed by Hank and Selena Copeland located just north of Dallas/Ft Worth in the LBJ National Grasslands with access to 75 miles of equestrian trails.
Our focus is on Combined Training of the horse and rider to help you and your horse build a true partnership based on trust and confidence. We specialize in basic training to develop safe, athletic horses for endurance riding, competitive trail and safe, fun trail riding. You will be included in all aspects of your horse's training. All of our horses are cross-trained for either reining or dressage and riders are coached to develop a centered balanced seat and proper cues. Horse and rider teams in endurance training will have an individualized conditioning program established and be coached through their first endurance rides. We have also had great success at finding that perfect match between a beautiful, athletic Arabian or Half-Arabian and a new owner looking for a special horse that they can be proud of and really bond with - their once in a lifetime versatile Arabian.
