We are a relatively new company in Glen Arbor, having opened our "boutique office" officially on February 1st, 2008, but we're not strangers here. We've put in cumulative beneficial years in the construction and service industries prior to the start of our careers in real estate, initially with other area firms, before banding together to start Serbin Real Estate. At the calender year end, our office ranking was 22nd out of the top 50 offices that belong to the Traverse Area Association of Realtors, a position we're extremely proud of! A big "thank you" to our clients who we were able to be of service to; we certainly look forward to the opportunity to serve the needs of others in 2009.
