NO FIRE, FLOODING, POLUTION, LANDSLIDES OR EARTHQUAKES NO storm damage in the 19 years we've lived here. It seldom snows..so when it does we quickly take picture because it will be gone in 12 hours. We have a diesel generator that we have never had to use. We seldom lose power. but when we do it's usually for just a few minutes.

20 acres is horse ready with stock pond and rolling hills... Stock pond NEVER goes dry, there's 25 acres of trails and views......all non flooding. Fantastic for riding... it feels MUCH larger than it is and view home sites galore. Five acres are across the street so no one can ever build close by, two beautiful view home sites. Several springs. and a 40x40 pasture shelter. Horses, Kubota tractor, commercial shredder and lots of other things are negotiable. We've loved it here for almost 20 years, but do to health issues, we
need to retire.
