Training
JW Performance Horses offers professional training for your equine partner at reasonable price. We taylor training to each individual horse and the goals the owner has. We train through release, this gives a definate reward, makes a soft, quiet, yet responsive horse. We open the doors we want the horses to go through and close the doors to behaviors that are not sought after. This gives the horses the feel that it was their decision, increasing their desire to work and learn and love their specific job. Many may call some of the methods we use "Natural Horsemanship", we here feel that it is just that backbone to true horsemanship, harmony as a team, working as one, not rider against horse or horse against rider. We would love to talk more with you about our methods and how they work for every discipline from english to western, from barrels and roping to western pleasure and hunt seat.
