if interested. Beautiful setting. This will be for only rent of barn/stalls. We provide nothing else, your responsible for feeding, watering and all care for said horses, we do require you to provide saw dust or some kind of bedding and for stalls to be kept clean.
Electricity & water is provided in barn. The horses must have water at all times and there must be at least 25 bales of hay in barn at all times.... (read more) Small Farm for those that like the Peace and quiet of the country. There are 2 dry lots where you can seperate them and a pasture area. No indoor riding arena. For Horses only, no studs. 4 stalls horses can go in and out at their leisure. Great option if you have a few horses of your own or just want to run your own boarding facility.
Rent is $600 a month and due the 1st of every month. Contract and liability waiver must be signed.
