At Heaven's door we find problem horses, green/unbroke horses, and horses in need of refresher training and find them good homes that will use them to their ability. We love all of our horses and make sure that they get the best of care. We train horses in any type of dicipline, Hunters, Jumpers, Trails, Western Pleasure, Gaited horses ect. We own 10 acres of trails attached to 150 acres that we are allowed to ride on. We ride our horses along side roads both quite and very busy and loud. during the summer we bring the horses down to the local creek and go swiming. Our horses are very versitile and are able to do almost anything. One thing that we do make sure is that the horses are always having fun. We train horses with the natural horsemanship ideals of Clinton Anderson. Natural horsemanship training is all about getting your horse to respect you and your space. You use the same body language of horses and they learn much quicker and much more efficently. Horses long to know their "spot" in the herd and when you show them where that "spot" is they are much calmer and happier.
