The mission of Couch Horse Ranch is the promotion of safe/clean traditional horsemanship, a professional training facility. Regardless of discipline, all clients and riders are encouraged to study all aspects of riding, training, equipment and horse care. Our goal is to develop riders into true horseman & horsewomen, and horses into true athletes.
Riding instructor: Kerry Couch
Riding Lessons: We offer lessons from beginner through advanced lessons are given to children 5 yrs and up. Riders under age 18 MUST wear a helmet when mounted (Couch Horse Ranch recommends all rider wear a helmet). All students are required to wear long pants & riding boots
Riding styles we offer are: Western, English, Jumping, and Gymkhana (I.e.: barrels, poles, keyhole...)
Cost: $30.00 per hour lesson
Horse Training: Ground manners, Lunging, Saddling, Stopping, turns, side pass, and backing
• English, Jumping, Western, Trail Riding, Gymkhana
Boarding: Pasture with a 3 rail 4 ft wood fence, 1 Bermuda flake 2 times a day, Access to fresh water at all times
Fees: $150/ month
