Photopuncture is Acupuncture for horses using red and infrared pulsating LED lights to open and balance the energy flowing through the body to regain optimal health. This energy (or "Chi") flowing through the body has been shown to affect everything from organ function to emotions. An imbalance of body energy can cause problems in the tissues and tissue dysfunction can cause energy imbalance that affects other bodily systems. A hole body approach is used locating areas of pain with a micro electric scanner, the scanner beeps when an imbalance is found, that spot is marked with a water crayon, and then the lights are put on those marks.
