Circle K Horse

We are horse therapy that uses horses for therapy for the disabled. We are in the process of reopening our doors since 5/22/11 tornado that hit Joplin, MO. We have a new arena and all that is left is finishing out the stalls and arena. The building is up. We are seeking to sell the property due to we also adopted a special needs baby and have spent so much at the hospital we need someone to step in and finish what we started. We were thanking it could be a group home where they ran the horse therapy part, also a bed and breakfast where people board their horses.... (read more) It has three bedrooms and two and half baths. We are asking eight hundred thousand. We have done all the work you just need to step in and tweek a few areas and your up and running.
