Additional Comments: Rojo is a 2 year old Quarterhorse/Paint/Thoroughbred/Percheron. He is a awesome horse, and I am sad to sell him. His flashy colors and sweet personality PLUS brains make him and all in one package. I have put alot of time into him and he is the most well behaved 2 year old around. He stands 15HH to this day and is supposed to mature around to 16 hands or more. He has short canon bones and his hocks are somewhat low to the ground. He has a nice topline and is very level headed. Rojo is a complete gentlemen, and loves attention. I have ground driven Rojo countless times with and without saddle. He rides western, english and bareback. I ride Rojo out on the trails, bareback, as cars whiz past and he could care less. Rojo has had paint-ball guns shot off of him, tarps rubbed and covering him, aerobics ball bounced around and on him, and whips cracking around him, and he just stands there, calmly. I have washed Rojo countless times and he loves it. He is awesome with his feet, I have gotten TONS of compliments, and loads, in a two horse straight haul trailer, like a dream. I lunge Rojo quite often and he is wonderful. He knows his voice commands, walk, trot, canter, whoa and back. His gates are phenomenal. He is super smooth, and loves to trot. SUPER soft mouth, gives to pressure from hands and legs, and bends. I have had other people ride him and he is the same consistent gentlemen like he is with me. I have started working Rojo on the barrel pattern and he loves it. Its an open pattern so he doesnt get into the habit of working off the wall. I can point him toward the barrels and he does them all on his own with only a little encouraging from only my legs. He rates on his own and has lots of bend going around the barrels. I have ridden Rojo bridless doing circle work and in the local arena with other horses working around us and he is always focused on the rider. I have also witnessed Rojo clear a 4 foot jump with ease. His form is super and he has nice high tucked knees. So whether your looking for a barrel prospect, jumping, western/english pleasure or just an all around prospect, look no further! Rojo is UTD on worming, and farrier.
