Abbie is a 5 year old quarter horse pony cross, 12-13 hands, I am her only owner since she was purchased at auction as a weanling. I am a student at Michigan state and can no longer afford to keep her. She is kid friendly, bareback halter and lead rope, or saddled and bridled. She has been trained with and without the use of aids, including crops and spurs, however these are not necessary. She is a very forgiving pony and can be ridden in just about any bit from a hack to a curb, she has been mostly ridden in a kimberwick snaffle. She has been ridden in a parade and was very good, and ridden down a busy dirt road numerous times and is used to walk trot arena work by kids and adults, English and Western styles. Abbie is easy going and wants to please. She has never had any injuries or vet treatment, and has never been shod but stands very nicely for trimming. (I do her myself in cross ties or free standing)
