Additional Comments:
Cameron is a nine year old thoroughbred gelding for sale. This boy is EXTREMELY (I cannot stress that enough) athletic. This is our first year competing in small juniors (he is the perfect height, 15.3 and 7/8). We have been to several “AA” shows and he is consistently doing well. He is currently in third place in Zone 2 in our division. At home we school him over 3’6”-3’9” courses and he has the potential to go higher (I have taken him over 4’ jumps a few times with no problems). His form over jumps is simply phenomenal ( the picture doesn’t do him justice). My trainer who has been around excellent horses his entire life has said several times that Cameron ranks in his top two horses EVER for form over the jumps. He is also a relatively good mover, but jumping is really Cameron’s forte. Along with being an excellent show hunter, Cameron would also most likely excel in the jumpers (he is very fast, small, and agile but can still jump high). Cameron has no vices (used to be afraid of clippers, but is now fine with them for the most part) and trailers well, stands nicely for the Ferrier, and is good for the vet. He would be best suited to an intermediate/advanced female rider. He is a joy to ride, and will teach his rider finesse and equitation. I am leaving for college and cannot afford to pay for both college and a horse. I will be extremely sad to see him go, and putting him up for sale is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, because he is truly an amazing horse with a wonderful and quirky personality ( I will miss him nodding “yes” every time I ask him a question :) ). With the right rider on board, this boy has the potential to go to the top.
